Born in Frankfort, KY and only after 2 years, BJ's family moved to Bowling Green, KY where he was raised. His earliest childhood memories were founded amongst the rolling hills of Kentucky.

Graduated Western Kentucky University in Business Management and quickly joined the managerial ranks of a nationwide drug store franchise.
Despite spending equal amounts of time in Nashville, TN for work, BJ ultimately couldn't leave his beloved BlueGrass State and decided to relocate to Louisville, KY.
With over 15 years as a successful manager in the service industry, BJ sought new ways to serve his friends and community by helping them find and sell their beloved homes.
